Who we are

This website is run by AB Management Consulting Ltd, trading as ABMC (company no. 13923326, registered office 9 Wykeham Path, Aylesbury, HP19 9RW). We are responsible for any personal data you send us. Contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

The site has no sign-up forms and sets no cookies. We only receive personal data when you email us, including through the "Ask" box or "Book a call" buttons, which open your own email app. That means your name, email address and whatever you choose to write.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

How we use it

We use your message only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run that engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request. We never sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

Where it is stored and for how long

Email is held in Microsoft 365. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a client engagement, in which case we keep them for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
